What sets it apart
Quantity changes are always audited
You can't edit stock quantities directly — every change goes through the Adjust Stock function with a required reason. This creates a tamper-evident log of every stock movement.
Automatic reorder point alerts
Set a reorder point for each item and the system flags it as low stock the moment quantity drops to that threshold — no manual checking required.
Shared vendor directory with Procurement
Vendors added in Inventory automatically appear in the Procurement module — one shared supplier list, no duplicate data entry across modules.
Multi-location tracking
Items can be assigned to any configured location — office, warehouse, or service vehicle. Filter the inventory list by location to see exactly what's stocked where.
