What sets it apart
Phases with independent sorting
Tasks can be organized into collapsible phases — each phase sorts independently, shows its own task count, and can be reordered relative to other phases. Collapsed phases show a summary like "2 done, 3 in progress."
Task-level discussion threads
Every task has a threaded notes section — team members can leave questions, updates, and context directly on the task. A note count badge on the list shows which tasks have active discussion.
Milestone task rollups
Each milestone shows how many tasks are due before its target date and how many of those are done — e.g., "3/5 done (60%) · 2 to go" — giving you completion momentum at a glance.
Standalone tasks without a project
Not every task needs a full project. Use Quick Task to add personal to-dos that appear in your My Tasks view — no project overhead for simple one-off work.
